In Loving Memory

Last year we were fortunate enough to bring Avicii Invector to Nintendo Switch, a neon fused journey through Tim Berglings greatest hits, as realised by the man himself, and helped to raise awareness of his music and legacy in a unique way.

Tomorrow marks the 3rd anniversary of Avicii’s tragic passing, and now more than ever it is imperative that the world continues to highlight the plight of those with lived experience of mental illness and suicide – because of this, on Tuesday 20th April, 2021, for a full 24 hour period, Wired Productions and developers Hello There Games will be donating 100% net receipts from digital sales of all versions of Avicii Invector and its DLC across all platforms, to the Tim Bergling Foundation. which advocates for the recognition of suicide as a global emergency.

The Tim Bergling Foundation was set up by Klas Bergling, and its work includes supporting science-based organizations engaged in preventative actions against mental illness and suicide, particularly in young people.

We’ll be sharing our own stories and some snippets from working on Invector on our socials in honour of this occasion  throughout the day as well as playing the game in a special live stream on the Steam page tomorrow evening – be sure to keep an eye out and join us in marking the day with as much joy and music as possible.

On top of this, we are currently running a score chasing competition for those who already own the game, with people who beat our hi-score having the chance to win any released Wired game of their choice!

Tiny Troopers Joint Ops XL is an epic bite-sized arcade shooter, filled to the brim with action-packed mini maps of mayhem!

Take control of your tiny troopers as you battle evil adversaries from around the world with a multitude of weapons. Here are our top tips to help you through the game.

1. Use grenades or rockets to get rid of pesky landmines to avoid damaging your own health of wiping out your team!
2. You can replay all the levels to increase your chances of collecting everything or earn more command points to beef up your arsenal!
3. There are only 96 medals in the game. Use them wisely to revive fallen troopers or alternatively upgrade your trooper’s arsenal!
4. Save your heavy artillery for taking out structures and armoured vehicles in each mission. Call in air strikes and use your missiles/ grenades to maximum effect!
5. Rescued prisoners will follow close by, no matter the situation, so make sure you clear the path ahead to ensure no one gets taken out!
6. When driving ranged vehicles, don’t throw your grenades too hastily as you may drive over them and destroy your own truck!
7. Air strikes are great for taking out groups of enemy infantry or military vehicles. Just be sure to avoid the incoming BOOM!
8. Spot where the parachuting enemies will land by looking for their shadows, save valuable time and resources by hitting them as they land!
9. When entrenched in Tiny Troopers combat, do not rush for the health packs too early! Wait until the very last minute before making a scramble to pick up that valuable health! It is worth it in the long run.

There are seven upgrades available in Tiny Troopers Joint Ops, upgrade your standard equipment with command points to create the ultimate troopers!
